Annual Organisation Member Declaration

Dear Head of Style
I take this opportunity to thank you for your engagement and continued support of the Australian Karate Federation (AKF).

Member organisations are required to submit an Annual Declaration from all Heads of Styles (HoS) to demonstrate and provide assurance to the Board that you meet your ongoing registration requirements.

Please note, for insurance purposes, a Certificate of Currency can only be issued once the AKF Annual Organisation Member Declaration form is completed in full. The Australian Karate Federation Policy runs from 1 January to 31 December each year. Members are insured by the AKF for the period of their membership.
