The Australian Karate Federation Limited is pleased to announce that Michelle Wilson is joining its board of directors.

Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge to the board with more than 25 years working in sport and community engagement, governance, business strategy and partnerships. She has 20 years of experience in sports administration at a community, state and national level including strategy and development, club development and management, coaching and team management. Michelle has a strong understanding of the karate community developed from her 27 years as an international competitor.

Michelle's unique skill set adds significantly to the board skills matrix and her breadth of experience, expertise and relationships will further enable the board to achieve its objectives.
